Labels reveal Gender Pay Gap data and pledge to support female leaders

In its sixth year, gender pay gap reporting sees the industry assessing progress as today’s (April 4) deadline for the latest results approaches. Initial findings were concerning, prompting annual updates on efforts to narrow the gap.
Despite increased focus, achieving pay parity remains a challenge, as demonstrated by stubbornly wide gaps over the years. The latest figures for 2022-23, based on pay as of April 5, 2022, offer a snapshot, with potential improvements since then. Reporting obligations apply to all three major companies and others with 250 or more employees.
